The following is the salad dressing that Diane Kreuzburg made for the Memorial Tournament:
CREAMY CAESAR DRESSING
3 cups mayonnaise
½ c. egg substitute
¾ c. parmesan cheese, fresh, shredded
4-5 T. olive oil
6 (or more to taste) T. lemon juice
1 can anchovies, finely chopped
8 garlic buds, chopped
4 t. Worcestershire
3 t. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for two minutes. Cover and chill for several hours. Will keep in refrigerator for a week or more.
